Mikey Miles

Mikey Miles, was born as Michael David Hermelee, in Yonkers, NY. However he spent most of his childhood growing up in Middletown, NY, a very small town, two hours north of New York City, where ironically Mike would end up living years later. Childhood was rough for young Mike, as his parents fought and yelled around the house. Not knowing at the time, this would eventually shape Mike, into the person he is today. Since 1st grade, Mikey Miles, has been acting in school plays, and knew at a very young age acting was his destiny. Getting through Middle School and high school, was due to laughter and determination. In January 2007, Mike headed for the bright lights of New York City. Luck was on his side, as he somehow went down to an audition, and landed an IBM Internet commercial. The commercial gave Mikey his SAG/AFTRA union card. Over the summer in 2007, Mike did a off-Broadway show " A Handful of Dust", and some extra work on TV Shows including "30 Rock, and Law And Order(CI). Taking acting classes, and doing extra work, Mike began to understand how the business works. Going on alot of auditions, and meeting alot of people, he says he was "Self -Driven". In April 2011 Mikey Miles, decided to head to Los Angeles, CA and give it a try on the west coast for a change. Mike quickly enrolled in Los Angeles City College for training, and a strong foundation for his acting career. From 2011-2013, Mikey studied at LACC Theatre Academy, and learned a lot. In 2015, Mr. Miles, spent 5 months at The Playhouse West in North Hollywood taking Improv, and Acting classes to further his training. As of July 2016, Mikey Miles, decided to return to his roots and come back home to New York City. He looks to continue studying his craft at The HB Studio, and write his own story, and legacy.
