Daniel Costanzo (Dan'o) was born in Oceanside Long Island in 1973. His Grandparents were Italian immigrants that migrated to NY in the 40's, moving into Bronx NY. After spending many years in the Bronx both of his Grandparents moved to Valley Stream NY looking for a better life. His parents ironically both lived and grew up in Valley Stream but never crossed paths until they met in the summer of 69 at Woodstock and they never looked back. 4 years later Daniel was born and named after the famous song "Daniel' by Elton John. Daniel was born into an eccentric family filled with musicians, actors, writers, singers. At the age of 5 Dan'o was putting on his own back yard Theatre Productions, writing his own scripts and songs. He would bribe all the neighborhood kids with candy to be in his hilarious back yard Theatre Productions. By the time Dan'o was in high school, a career in the entertainment industry was all he could think of. For him the drama club was his second family, but not only was he acting in every play but he also had an incredible knack for Producing them. After high school Dan'o spent three years traveling the country submerging himself in America's diverse culture. From the swamps of Louisiana to the deserts of Arizona. He often says his experience hitch hiking around the country was where he learned his greatest life lessons. Dan'o returned back to real life and decided to go to college. He majored in theatre and business but quickly found himself getting sucked into a world of big business and even bigger money. He spent the next 12 years creating several very successful companies and recreating the world of professional Sports Handicapping. Even with all of his success, his passion for the entertainment industry never subsided, it grew. In 2009 he finally came to Hollywood to fulfill his dream of creating amazing Film and Television projects. Dan'o partnered up with industry veteran Gary Ousdahl and together they formed the Up Late Entertainment Group, Up Late Productions and Advanced Management. Dan'o then went on to raise a seven figure development fund. Dan'o is a rare gem seldom seen in Hollywood. Loyal, edgy, brilliant, creative, inspiring, artistic, business savvy and someone who will fight for the project. As a Producer, Writer, Actor and Director, Dan'o is carving his own future in this amazing industry and he's here to stay for a long time.
