Biography

Julien Oblette spent his early years in Europe and Los Angeles. He is the son of international super model Satya Oblette and French-Dutch film director/producer Anastasia M. Cummings. Raised by his mother and American stepfather, Julien's early memories in film were assisting his mother on set after school in Los Angeles and later in productions at The Colorado Film School where he was discovered. Julien made his acting debut at the age of 15 in Clifton Archuleta's award-winning short film Broken Cycle (2011). At The Tulsa Film Festival Julien's breakout performance in Broken Cycle (2011) was nominated for 'Best Actor' in 2011. The following year he resumed his collaboration with Archuleta and was cast in _Breathe (III)(2012)_. An avid video gamer, Julien is bilingual in French and English. Following his graduation from high school, he served two years in the Colorado National Guard. He will be portraying veteran John Tschirhart in the upcoming WWII feature The French American (2017), directed by Darla Rae.
