Molly Silver

Molly Silver is a Los Angeles based actor, writer, and producer. Born "The only Jew in Knoxville, Tennessee" - Molly got her start like all the greats - making home movies with the handheld camera she got for Hanukkah when she was 11. At 19, she joined an all-boys film club where she not only wrote and acted in several short films - but she was able to hone her skills as a producer - embracing the "guerilla style" of filmmaking. Her ability to finesse and problem solve along with her innate comedic sensibility led her to pursue her dreams in Los Angeles. In LA she trained with: Aaron Speiser, Faith Rumer, Lesley Kahn, and Saxon Trainor while doing acting workshops through Stella Adler. In her free time - she performed as a stand up comedian while climbing the ranks of UCB... she sleeps on weekends. Molly's unique point of view combined with her tireless work ethic and effervescent personality have made her one to watch. Her web series "Witches of the East Side"- which she wrote, produced, and starred in - can be seen on YouTube, and she is currently in talks with producers for her upcoming feature film.
