Michael Christofis

Michael was born in Germany on March the 3rd. His parents were Greek, but they met and married in Germany in the late 60s. Michael was send to Greece at an early age to live with his grandparents. In the early 70s his parents moved back to Greece and they opened a restaurant. Michael started working in the family business at an early age. In 1986 he we went to do his military service, and when he finished he moved to the Greek islands to work in the catering industry. He worked there for 5 years and in 1993 he moved to London. He got a job as a bar manager, then he become a club promoter and event organizer. After 12 years in the catering business Michael decided to live everything behind and concentrated on his long time dream, to become an actor. He did a foundation part time course at 'The Actors Company' the LCTS, in 2005, and a year later started his two year full time course in the same College. Since then, Michael worked extensively doing Feature Films, Short films, and various Theatre Productions He attended a 'Summer Course' at the 'Poor School', and acting for camera at the 'City Lit' for a year. He is a member at the Actors Centre in London, where he attends classes regularly.
