Vlad Oancea is a Romanian film actor and director.He was born on 1973 in Resita , Romania. He graduated from National University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 2000 .In 2007, he play in the first movie Dolina .Known for work in films 6 Bullets (2012), Watch Out for the Sunset (2010) and Best Intentions (2011).
