Alicia Hope

2022, Alicia (Nichols) joined the Fearless Fund volunteer research cohort as a remote Summer Associate. Most known for a brilliant ability to think analytically and to develop new or revised systems, procedures, and workflow. She/Her is focused on developing proof-of-concept projects & pilot proposals in collaboration with Wu-Tang Clan affiliate Solomon Childs. Sweetpea identifies an emerging black-indigenous Renaissance artist interested in mathematical design principles found in nature and circular economic theory. Ten years of seminal volunteer work includes facilitating a marketing and campaign editorial photo-shoot for San Francisco Sustainable Fashion Week International on behalf of iGreen Media Group in partnership with the San Francisco Green Festival. She/her is an INFJ Myer Briggs personality type. Leadership characteristics endorsed include: confidence, agility, ethical integrity, courage, humility and resiliency.
