Shady Mawajdeh

Shady Mawajdeh is a Jordanian and Palestinian writer and director from Tampa, Florida. His short film "American Made" has appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and has garnered much attention, and his film "American Immigrant" was a semi-finalist in the Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival in 2021. He hopes to continue creating films that put Arab Americans in a positive spotlight.
