Karim Strougo

Throughout his life, Karim Strougo has always worn multiple hats: He is a renowned Clinical Exercise Specialist, Yoga Therapist and E-RYT500 Yoga teacher, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Earlier in his career, he was also a contemporary dancer and choreographer, both on stage and on the big screen. Currently, Karim's SAFE Academy, is the only Egyptian Yoga school accredited by the US Yoga Alliance.
