Rico R Williams

Rico R. Williams, the middle of four children, was born in Augusta, Georgia and raised in Sandersville, Georgia. He is the son of Denise (Williams) Glasker and (Army retired) Frank Smith. His first and middle name came from the hit show: I Love Lucy (1951) from the character Ricky Ricardo. Thus, Rico Ricardo was born.
