Jill is a visionary leader in the music, media and entertainment industry with a passion for music, film, content creation, business strategy, brand development, talent coaching and marketing. She's worked as a Broadcast Media Executive in New York, Boston, Miami and Orlando, developing hi-profile radio shows, and helped amplify the careers of multiple national recording artists in the Hip Hop, Pop and Rhythm music genres. Jill launched her own consulting & coaching business, Stradagy Group, in 2022. Jill has won numerous awards and accolades, including the Alliance For Women In Media's Gracie Award, NAB Crystal Award, NAB Service to America Award, 4 NAB Marconi Awards and has been named one of Radio Ink's "Most Influential Women in Radio" and Billboard Magazine's "Top 10 Pop Radio Programmers".
