Samuel Kalambay, French and young ALBINO, he's an actor. Born in France, he had an other sister albino as well. He's the first young ALBINOS and first time on the screen. Had Congolese heritage ( Both parents are Black-African) especially from Kasai- Oriental region, in the Congo( Republique Democratique du Congo).
