Ronny Pastpa

Ronald Jose Herrera Gil, (Ronny Pastpa), was born in Caracas-Venezuela, on May 12 1970; son of Dalila Gil and Luis Herrera, both artists. Ronny Pastpa is one of the few Venezuelan actors to stand on the stage of the prestigious The Actors Studio, (West Hollywood} and studied under the tutorship of: * Martin Landau - who won an Oscar for his role in "Ed Wood"a Tim Burton's film - * Mark Rydell - who has directed many Academy Award nominated films -. Ronny had debuted at the age of 8 years old, performing as the famous singer Jose Luis Rodriguez "El Puma" in a Theater with more than two hundred people, at the school's end-of-year show, he felt so good about it, because that's when he discovers he loves acting, he also studied Drama with Teacher, Amalia Perez Diaz, A.K.A "The TV Lady" (on R.C.T.V.), she was famous and also compared with "Stella Adler" because Amalia's method was very successful to create/teach the best actors in Venezuela.
