Sean Frost

Sean Frost is a Director, Writer and Assistant Director based in West London. He recently graduated from the National Film and Television School and has worked on over 20 short films in the last two years, primarily as a 1st and 3rd AD. In 2025, he made his directorial debut with 'Precious', a sci-fi/thriller following an insurance clerk who encounters a mysterious shop where priceless antiques can be purchased in exchange for years of his life. Sean also works as a Supporting Artist, appearing in some of the biggest films produced in the last 5 years (including Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, Aquaman 2, Fantastic Four: First Steps and Pressure). He works throughout London as an AD and is currently developing another short he plans to direct at the end of the year.
