Alexa Lavina

Alexa Lavina was born on June 13, 1994, in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. She is of Ukrainian and Polish descent. When she was 5, her parents moved to live in Libya, Africa, and took Alexa with them. They returned to Ukraine after 5 years. Alexa began acting when she was a teenager. Her first stage was her school and then her university. She won a poem reciting competition at her university with Shakespeare Sonnet 66. Later on, she took a couple of first places with Shakespeare and Chekhov in city and regional competitions. When she was 20, she worked on a movie set as a background actress in "Lonely by Contract" and fell in love with film forever. Alexa has always been determined to get where she wants to be. In 2016 she moved to the USA to pursue her main life goal - to become an actress. Life was challenging for the young model and actress but she made it to New York and has attended two acting schools - The John DeSotelle Studio (Meisner), and The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute (Method). Alexa speaks fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian languages. She also knows a little bit of German and Latin and has a singing and dancing background.
