Hugo Duran

Hello I am from Costa Rica. I like sports and play video games, I like outdoors and music. After studying documentary filmmaking at NYU, became one of the first 10 employees at Media while an undergrad. He would ultimately help lead through a period of explosive growth over the next decade, becoming one of the faces of Vice television efforts, including the acclaimed HBO show that saw him scale empty high-rises in China's Ghost Towns, get shot on the outskirts of Bogota, and travel to North Korea with Dennis Rodman. These days he is much more comfortable (and a hell of a lot safer) behind the camera. Pura Vida!
