Born in Lynchburg, VA. on July 7, 1960, Tony Camm started his performing career as lead vocalist on a local funk band at age 18. 30 years later he got his first taste of theatre acting in the role of Old Man Woodson in the stage play "As I Stood At The Gate", followed by the lead role of Troy Maxon in the Black Theatre Ensemble of Virginia's production of August Wilson's "Fences". He would then go on to star as Edward Spencer in the art film "Annie's Pencil", and as a tormented soldier in the Keith Lee film "In And out Of Mind", before returning to the stage directing and starring as Sgt. Vernon Waters in Charles Fuller's " A Soldier's Play". Recently Camm took a break out of his schedule as a touring recording artist and band leader to play the role of Det. Jackson in the V.J. Acree horror film "Only In My Nightmares".
Presently under his ToNY CaMM Entertainment Company umbrella, Camm has several films in various stages of production.
