Lally Amante

Lally Amante is a Filipina American Actress, Producer and Writer based in New York City. She wrote and produced the short film Disporya. Lally also portrayed the role of Karen, a transgender woman from the Philippines living in New York City that battling with depression from her gender dysphoria. So close to reaching her dream of becoming a real woman but had to choose between her mother's life or getting her sex reassignment surgery. This film won numerous awards in various Film Festivals.
