Bibek panda is a film maker from Odisha,India.He is an alumnus of Film and Television Institute Itanagar, Arunchal Pradesh.He is known for his film Yapom (2019) officially selected in Bhubaneswar film festival India (BFFI).His films Mukti based on LGBTQ also a part of festivals like LGBTQ film festival London, Finalist in Sanghai pride film festival,The Lift-Off Sessions,NettyWood FilmFest, Runner-up in Ignite film festival, Bhubaneswar etc.
