Ara Damgaard

Ara Damgaard (He/Him) is a Danish Actor of Indian-Danish descent. The firstborn son of missionary parents, Ara spent much of his childhood travelling, and lived briefly in Transylvania (Romania) and Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovina). His passion for acting was first kindled through film when he was a child, with theatre becoming embraced later on, when Ara studied at Roskilde University and earned a bachelor degree in Psychology and Business. His time at university influenced his areas of interest within the arts, adding an incentive to redefine the representation of minorities, color, and gender in the arts.
