Curtis Lee

Curtis Lee has spent the last couple of years gaining traction within the film industry as a writer, director and producer. Having spent time in two separate Screen Australia supported collaborative writers rooms with award-winning writer/director Elissa Down (The Honor List - Lionsgate, 2018, Black Balloon, 2008) and writer Tom Ward (Please Like Me), Curtis has quickly familiarised himself with the ways in which script development and operations work and has applied it to his own practice. He recently received three nominations, including; Best Short film, Best Documentary, and Best Screenplay for his most recent script, 'Off With Their Heads'. His most recent credits include writing the show-script for Sydney's annual Martini Film Award Ceremony and is currently in pre-production for his next psychological thriller, 'Pseudomonas Pseudomallei'. Curtis is continually taking what he has learned and diving head first into all opportunities presented to him.
