Nilamani Singh Moirangthem

Moirangthem Nilamani Singh is an Indian film and stage actor, director, script writer, author, lawyer and politician. He is best known for his contributions to cinema and theatre in Manipur as well as for his roles in the politics of Manipur. He has won lifetime achievement awards in drama and cinema. In 2015, he was honored by Film Forum, Manipur as a pioneer of the Manipuri film industry. In 2020, he was presented a lifetime achievement award by the Manipuri Film Awards (MANIFA).
