Angela Deiss

Angela Deiss is a graduate of the East Carolina University School of the Arts, finishing up her Undergraduate education with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree. Through SAG, Angela is performing in a recurring principal role as Susan Sackler in Beth Macy's 8-episode series Dopesick, that will air in the Fall of 2021 on Hulu. Angela Just finished two films. What would Picasso Do and The Business of Christmas II, Both will be out in 2021. She was previously a guest host on Prime Time Country Great American Country Top 20 countdown with Nan Kelly. She has been active in theater, where she has enjoyed helping with set design, hair and wardrobe for over 30 years. Her experience allows her to help in different areas of the industry onscreen as a principal actress, background actress, artist for set design, hair or wardrobe. Angela enjoys the versatility her experience allows her to play and enjoys film, television and live performance. During her time at East Carolina University she studied painting, textiles and ceramics. She has produced a brand of artwork- Blue Cava Art which is sold in stores nationwide. She has additional training in Emergency Medicine and is a Licensed Paramedic from Kinston Community college and an Associates degree in Cosmetology from Davidson Community college. She also owns a clothing Boutique in Ashland, Virginia.
