Joseph B. Purcell

Joseph B. Purcell is a Greater Philadelphia-based artist/producer. Along with acting as chief songwriter for local rock outfits like The Ricos and Petrified Corpse, Purcell founded Utica Records - his own boutique independent music label - in 2015 with the intention of creating a springboard towards success for his circle of fellow creators.
