Biography

A native of Pennsylvania, Brandon Salisbury was immersed in classic 80's horror movies, and directors such as George A. Romero, John Carpenter, and Sam Raimi. It was Romero that eventually inspired Brandon to pursue filmmaking, though chose to serve in the United States Marine Corps, and later, the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Finally discharged after 12 years, Brandon began to focus on a film career. He first fell in love with the idea of filmmaking when he would watch behind the scenes programs on the making of various films, such as Jurassic Park, Congo, and Independence Day, as computer generated special effects were taking over. It was in high school when he finally made the decision that he would pursue filmmaking as a career.
