Dilon Ballard is an upcoming American actor born in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been acting since he was 16 years old, and studied Theatre and Performance arts at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, NC. Based out of Charlotte, Dilon is working hard to continue studying, and continue growing as an actor.
