Born in Tucson, Arizona, in the year of 1974, Cutter was intrigued with everything life had to offer. From his professional career of racing cars, to flying acrobatics in a highly modified Pitts, Cutter has experienced life. Reaching out and getting a taste of everything, Cutter has truly done it all. From not just racing and flying, Cutter also was in Law Enforcement, Railroad Engineer, multiple Business owner, Scuba Diver and more. Although one thing alluded him. Cutter has always been know for his humor. Cutter grew up watching such greats as John Candy, Steve Martin and Chevy Chase to name a few. His underlining desire was to just get out and perform to watch people laugh.
In 2018 Cutter dressed up as Buford T Justice (Jackie Gleason) from Smokey and The Bandit. He was an instant hit. Shortly after his debut, Cutter was seen not only in Nashville on Stage with the likes of Tracy Lawrence, John Schneider and Sedona Reed, he also began doing appearances across the US. Cutter also began performing at venues as John Candy's character from Planes, Trains & Automobiles, John Belushi's character from The Blues Brothers and Jack Black's character from Nacho Libre. Although his impersonations were a big hit wherever Cutter traveled, his desire was for his own acting ability to be showcased.
In spring of 2020 Cutter was asked by John Schneider to Cameo as Buford T Justice in his filming of "Stand On It!" A tribute movie to Smokey and The Bandit. Cutter accepted the roll and Stand On It was released in the fall of 2020.
Also in 2020 Cutter was casted along with his family in a series called Country Crashers. A reality show based around the Cutter Family. Currently the show is being filmed and scheduled to release in late 2021 or early 2022.
Cutter has also been busy building and developing family friendly programming through his production studios. Film Cutter Studios was founded in 2020 in Georgia. Cutter has been busy producing a series of shows in that location.
