Naz Riahi

Naz Riahi is an Iranian filmmaker, who immigrated to the US at age ten. She was named one of Filmmaker Magazine's 25 New Faces of Independent Film and is the winner of a Vimeo Best of the Year Award for her short film, Sincerely, Erik. In her films, she explores the nuances, pleasures, pains and comedy of isolation and otherness, informed by her own experiences as an outsider.
