Jalen Torres was born on May 12, 2003 and was raised in Atlanta, Georgia where he attended Bells Ferry Elementary and North Cobb Highschool. From an early age, Jalen was engrossed by the world of movies and television. He grew up being inspired by the people on screen and the process of production off screen. While young, Jalen was a natural performer. Before falling in love with acting, he loved to dance and make people laugh. He performed in many talent shows where he would dance his heart out and he would also learn how to do flips from his older brother, and whenever he could, he would showoff to his friends. Jalen's love for acting and the art of filmmaking grew as he got older. He started to pursue his dream in 2019 where he begun his journey and began learning and putting in the work in order to be prepared for any opportunity that came his way. He started as an extra in the movie "Richard Jewell", which he caught his first on set experience. And from that point on, he devoted most of time getting more in common with the business and what he needed to do in order to accomplish the goals he set for himself.
While in Highschool, Jalen sighed with Houghton Talent Agency and made his television debut in 2021 with a co - star role in the anticipated season 3 "Step Up: High Water" where he shared his first on screen appearance with musician and actor Ne-Yo
Today, Jalen continues to work hard and spend most of his time working on his craft and practicing his skills and other hobbies. During his free time he spends time improving his mindset and doing what he can to becoming smarter and learn more about himself and how he can use what he learns to build other people up. He has a YouTube channel where he creates his own creative content. He is also apart of the parkour and Freerunning community and is constantly learning new skills. He is an all around great guy and one of the most kindest people you will ever meet. He has multiple talents and has a uniqueness that he loves to bring to the screen.
