Stas Snyder was born on February 10, 1991 in Volgograd, USSR. He lived in Russia for 14 years until he permanently moved to United States in 2005 and later became a US citizen. He began acting when he was 11 years old, studying and starting in various theatre plays in his hometown of Volgograd, Russia. When he moved to United States he continued pursue acting at Neshaminy High School and taking classes at Walnut Street Theatre. While at Widener University, he was involved in collegiate sports, playing football, rugby and competing in hammer throw in Track and Field. He continued to pursue his sports career post-collegiate, becoming United States of America Track and Field and United States of America Weightlifting member athlete competing in hammer throw and Olympic style weightlifting. He got drawn back into acting while working on set of Creed 2. At that moment, he decided to dedicate himself completely to acting, taking classes at Walnut Street Theatre and most recently studying Meisner Technique at Baron Brown Studio, a prestigious drama school in Santa Monica, California. Stas is an up and coming actor who can act and deliver on a wide range of artistic performances from comedy to drama. He is not afraid to challenge himself to creating and bringing complicated characters to life. He is attracted to exploring humanity in the character and finding unique voice to tell the story truthfully with his own unique style. Stas's high fitness level and background in athletics also brings an attribute to any action scenes that require physical elements, stunts and discipline. So far Stas has been involved in wide range of films from feature to independent short, commercial and theatre. His passion for finding truth and desire to mirror back to the audience what it is like to be human, continues drive and inspire him to be the best he can be as a person and artist and deliver best performance to the audience.
