Max James Palmer

Max James Palmer was born in Baltimore Maryland on March 13 1982 and was raised in Anne Arundel County. He spent his early childhood playing sports, riding BMX bikes, playing video games and being a class clown. Max has a passion for entertaining and would dance to James Brown as a little boy for his family and friends. Max was always the funny guy in class and still loves to make people laugh today. Max grew up in a blue collar family that worked hard, and expected him to do the same. When Max was 12 he started his own lawn mowing business. Max lived in a townhouse neighborhood which had very small yards and he would charge 5 dollars to cut your lawn. The next thing you know the phone was ringing off the hook, and Max was very busy. Max has worked many jobs in different trades. He worked at McDonalds after cutting lawns, as it worked with his school schedule, along with Ledo's Pizza, and Pizza Taco Express. He also worked busing tables at local restaurants and even as a dish washer. Max worked at a retirement home spending time with elderly people where he learned many things about life. One summer Max was 16 he worked at a mechanic shop all summer long, and found a love for cars and working on them. During the summers he would also work with his father building houses. When Max was 18 years old he studied and was able to get his Class A CDL drivers license and began driving trucks and operating heavy equipment. After college Max was working full time building residential homes. He worked all trades of the job from clearing lots to framing houses, and installing kitchens bathrooms etc. Along the way Max's love of music never stopped as he was playing in local bands creating and writing music. He loves all types of music and would play at night after working construction during the day. After years of working in the construction field, Max stated selling construction services, real estate and spend less time doing the physical work. Max has always been acting in some form or another. He is an entertainer by nature, and always wants to treat people like he would want to be treated. He cares about people and the environment. He has always loved movies, and did do a couple plays in elementary and middle school and wished he started his acting career much sooner. When Max heard about an open casting call for Netflix House of Cards he felt compelled to try out. He went to the audition, and there must have been 800 people lined up at a school waiting to be seen. When it was Max's turn he told them he was happy to help out. Luckily they called him back, and he was able to start his first acting job. He was on season 2 and 3 of House of Cards. He played a couple different roles, and learned a lot about being on a professional film set. Today Max is taking his acting career much more seriously. He can play many roles, and is always learning to sharpen his skills. Some of the roles he can play includes leading, and supporting roles, comedy, drama, action, thriller, romantic, voice over, singing, commercials, host and stand up comedy etc. Max is working on HBO "We Own This City" and looking to further his acting career.
