Scarlett Mullikin

Scarlett Mullikin is a Chicago-based actress and make-up artist from the rural area of Northern Central Illinois. Besides working in the film industry, Scarlett is an Ordained Wedding Officiant, running her business Natural Element Ceremonies full-time. She is an Advocate and member of LGBTQ+ and ECNM (Ethical Consensual Non-Monogamy) lifestyle communities. She is known for the role of "Dr. Helen" & makeup artist in Mary (2020). Makeup Artist on Hell's Half Acre (2021) & Sommoner's Tale (2021). Cast as Laura Parker in Capital Crimes (TV Pilot 2022).
