Lucius Blue (Rafael Román Fernández) is a singer and songwriter from Granada, who has worked with record labels such as Music Hit Factory (Latin sub company of Sony Music Spain) and sung on television Telecinco, Canal Sur also on radios such as Canal Fiesta, Cadena Ser and appears on any digital music store. He also managed to sound nationally with his song "Pontelo".
