Samuel Österlund

Filip Samuel Kyu Suk Österlund (born August 31, 1998) is a Swedish director, producer, screenwriter and photographer. He was born in South Korea, but moved to Sweden as an adoptee at a very young age. In his early youth, Sam spent most of his time making Youtube videos, which evolved in to a passion for filmmaking. Samuel wrote and directed his award-winning short film Så gott jag kan (2020) during his studies at Dalarna University.
