Neena Phillips

Born Tanesha Phillips, Neena Phillips hails from Jamaica, NY. Neena landed her first acting opportunity by chance in 2020 by way of the theater. Aware of her lack of training, Melanie Marie Goodreaux cast Neena for three roles in an original play, 'The White Blacks.' When asked if she had any experience, Neena retorted, "I act [at work] every day." Further into the year, Neena was blessed with her second opportunity to play pretend on screen when she was asked to play the Assistant in 'NYC Dreams.' Falling in love with the process, Neena hopes to continue along the path of acting, particularly gravitating toward film and television.
