Maria Balasoiu

Maria Balasoiu is a Romanian actress and live performing artist. Born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, she moved to the UK in 2015 when she was 20 years old, to pursue a career in the entertainment industry , having graduated from a top drama school, The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in 2018, with a BA Honours Degree in Acting. So far, her major work is in theatre, in both London and Birmingham, UK, where she lived over the years; and has stage credits at venues such as Birmingham Hippodrome, The Old Rep Theatre (Birmingham), The Crescent Theatre (Birmingham), Southwark Playhouse Theatre (London), Soho Theatre (London), Technis Theatre (London), the Park Theatre (London) and continue to expand her work into the film industry as well.
