Toya Cookie Douglas born and raised in Fayetteville NC. Oldest of 3. Mother of 4, Shamarus, Javon, Kiara and Tanesha.Grandmother of 3 Shamir, DeAndre and my little Princess Cadence. Moved to Queens NY in 1987 met and married Owen Phillips. Still married today. I've always wanted to act, took Drama classes 3yrs straight in High School. Favorite food.. Southern and West Indian food. Love to dance, watch a good horror movie. A short while in 1987 joined the U.S Army.
