Peder Borch Giæver is a documentary film maker from Porsgrunn, Norway. He has directed several acclaimed norwegian television series and documentaries. In addition to directing, he works with cinematography and editing. His major directing debut came with "Norge til salgs" in 2016, an investigative documentary portraying exploitation by smugglers during the refugee crisis of 2015. This was his first collaboration with TV 2 journalist Kadafi Zaman, who he later would direct in the series Gutter mot verden (2021). A number of the productions he has contributed to has been nominated for "Gullruten" (the norwegian "Emmy-awards").
