Shannon Oakley

Shannon Oakley is a film and voice actor, as well as a model located in Los Angeles, CA. She has a BFA in Performing Arts, minor in Acting for the Camera; from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). She grew up in Orlando, Florida, but has a passion for culture and has lived in El Salvador, Germany, and South Korea. She has been modeling since 2014 and acting since 2016. Shannon also goes by the internet personality Royal Blu, known as a former star on the app 17LIVE prior to leaving the platform for personal reasons and now entertains solely via Twitch. She also runs a YouTube channel by the same name. The nickname Blu comes from her high school days and stuck among her followers.
