Robert Soar

Born Steven Yarrow in Gosport, Hampshire UK he spent the first thirteen months of life in a childrens home until being adopted and brought to live in the Isle of Purbeck. Following a photography degree at Manchester Polytechnic he spent several years in advertising and aerial photography before moving back to Hampshire with his partner and drifting into a new career in IT. He began work as a background artist at the age of 65, a year after a quintuple heart bypass. He has appeared in feature, indie and student films and also on TV
