Meng-Chan Sam

Meng Chan Sam is a Hong Kong and Macau's Director, Cinematographer and Screenwriter. Sam has written and directed a short film "Legacy" has won the New York Film Awards for Best Drama and the Los Angeles Film Awards for Indie Filmmaker. Sam worked as a Cinematographer and editor in China Hunan Broadcasting System, Golden Eagle Documentary.
