Rachel Franz

As 1 of 7 children being raised by a single mother (and some grandparents helping along the way), Rachel found movies were often a familiar babysitter. In 2015, after being born and raised in Arizona, Rachel packed up and moved the mountains of Montana. After moving to Montana, Rachel befriended Steve Drake, who would eventually become her business partner and Writer/Director of the movie, Hocked. At the close of 2018, Steve had told Rachel that he had written a script and they were about to embark on their first feature film endeavor. Rachel, having zero feature film experience, wholeheartedly embraced the challenge, while maintaining a healthy amount of skepticism/worry. Seeing the outcome of, Hocked, has left her inspired, proud, and hungry for more.
