Kristoffer Vevle Øvreås was born in Bergen, Norway, on January 31st 1993.
Øvreås grew up being an active and energetic boy. He has always done some sort of sport, at 4 years old he had already learn how to swim, and he started his martial arts career at 7. He then began training Tae Kwon Do, and did that for 6 years. Later he moved on to playing soccer, training gymnastics, and working out at the gym.
In 2008 he qualified for the nationals in 100 and 200 meter sprint, without any former sprinting training. The competition ended up in him getting serious shin splints. He was no longer able to chase the new dream of becoming a sprinter. That's when he found bodybuilding, and started lifting weights until 2011. At that point he was discovered by the founder of the first cross-fit center in Bergen, and he began training to compete. He also found a new interest in strongman, and did that for a year, until he decided to go back to bodybuilding.
In 2016 he had finished his personal trainer education, and become a super strong athlete with a stunning weight of 107 kg. He started working as a personal trainer at a gym where they primarily focused on martial arts. In between his customers he was studying 6 different martial arts at the same time and went up to 3 different classes a day. He did Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do and mixed martial arts. After 2 years of that he lost 20 kg and weighed 87 kg.
In the end of 2018 he added muscle therapy to his skill set, and opened a clinic. After 6 months he found ISA (International Stunt Academy) and became a student there. He has been a top student there with his good energy, empathy, and focus to learn new skills.
