Leonard Benkowsky

An African filmmaker based in Accra. Benkowsky is a Director at Clarion Productions where he crafts dynamic and exciting films. An ardent student of documentary, Leonard is always trying to capture images in everyday scenarios to use for future documentary projects. His approach to filmmaking is to always think outside the box and tackle mundane topics in unconventional ways. Leonard's background is in Information Technology and got involved in filmmaking to tell stories from an alternate perspective and vary the typical narrative set for the African filmmaker by using his experience in ICT to charter diverse sectors.
