George Threadgold

With a passion and love for film, George started out as a self taught filmmaker, teaching himself how to write, format, shoot and direct his own scripts. After collaborating on a couple of projects and a successful first web series Shadow Play, George went in pursuit of a better understanding for film and the processes behind it. This led to Raindance film school where he attended courses on Writing, Directing and Producing. Following the release of the web series White Crow in 2019, George picked up 2 awards: "Best First Time Director" at the New York Film Awards and "Best Editing" at the Vesuvius International Film Festival in Italy. Led by George, New Earth Productions recently undertook their biggest challenge to date, which was to upscale the web series White Crow into a full length feature film!
