John Gutbrod

John Gutbrod is a Los Angeles-Based filmmaker and writer originally from Ohio. Owner of Maple Grove Media, John is influencing culture for the better through media and storytelling. He focuses on projects that illuminate the struggle of the human condition as can be seen in his work on 'In Flanders Fields,' and 'Awaited.' In 2019 he produced the film, 'Dirty Faces' starring Bryan Kent as a nod to mafia epics of bygone years. John has several films and pilots in development for upcoming release. John's passion in storytelling is expressed through gritty drama, and heartwarming dramedy. John seeks to move people-whether to laughter, tears, or simply to discussion. He believes that people want the truth. They want a good story, sure, but they want the whole story.
