Douglas Cutler

He was born in Putnam, CT in 1969. Graduated from Putnam High School in 1987 and earned two degrees (BA History and BS Speech Education) from Bob Jones University in 1991 and 1997. Was elected to the CT legislature in 1992 and served one term. Started his own construction company in 1999. Elected to his hometown's town council in 2013 and re-elected in 2015. He raced off-road motorcycles from 1991-2000 and was a competitive shooter in the early 2000s.
