The beloved beauty of filmmaking was birthed in Bensalem Bouabdallah at the age of 12, and within a few years Bensalem received mentorship from well-established members of the film industry in the United Kingdom. Being an Algerian foreigner, Bensalem was flaunted in the eyes of classic European masters. Growing up with a dual culture, Arabian and French, there was culture mix that manifested into making movies such, 1492: The Shattered Utopia, Andalusian Encounters, 500 Years of Silence, The Makkah Clock & Córdoba which encompass universal themes with treasures of truth that have never been explored nor exploited before from their unique perspective! These films have and continue to be loved by audiences in London, Paris, Doha, Barcelona, Granada, Venice, Geneva, Istanbul, Islamabad and Zanzibar.
