Ben Voit

Ben Voit studied Applied Media Sciences at University of Technology Ilmenau, and Shooting Shorts and Photojournalism at La Trobe University Melbourne. During his education he has directed various genres and traveled 30+ countries shooting photo essays. Since 2018 he studies directing at Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf and works as a freelance filmmaker in Berlin. His award winning film 'Night Upon Kepler 452b' was running in competition at international festivals such as Clermont-Ferrand ISFF, Busan ISFF, Film Fest Gent, DOK Leipzig, Interfilm and got nominated for the best short film of the year at the German Film Critics Awards.
