Mahmood Pouyandeh

Mahmood Pouyandeh is an Iranian filmmaker who is graduated from Iranian Youth Cinema Society in Tehran (IYCS.ir). he has a vivid mind and an extraordinary potential to picture a part of feminine subconscious which is not even known to women themselves. The majority of his works portrays women and their problems and needs and their natural human rights which has been overlooked. "The Final Frame" and "Like a Lady", were the finalists in the 10th and 11th Independent Ceremony of the Iranian Short Film Academy Award (ISFA).
